Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@maisonopus.co. We currently accept returns for UK domestic orders only. Please note that Maison Opus is not responsible for any items lost during transit.

Returns are accepted on full-price bags within 14 days of receiving your order.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged. If your international order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package at the email above, and include supporting photos. We accept returns for damaged items worldwide. Maison Opus is not liable for international shipments lost in transit.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and the box they arrived in. Please do not use the Maison Opus box as the shipping container when sending back your return.

Return shipping labels are not provided by Maison Opus. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be returned new, unused, and with all Maison Opus tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been completed.

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

All purchases made during online sales or promotional events are final sale. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for these orders. Any merchandise returned in violation of this policy will be sent back to you.
